Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 sachet of Bee Bread Powder

½ cup mixed nuts (chopped walnuts, almonds, or pecans)

¼ cup seeds (pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds)

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

A pinch of salt

½ cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, Bee Bread Powder, mixed nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Mix the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) in a separate bowl until smooth. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Press it down firmly and evenly into the pan using the back of a spatula or your hands.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and cool completely, then cut into bars.

Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
