We are US based brand, and we only ship to the United States. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped with trusted carriers.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Beefocal, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, here's what you need to know:
Returns
We do not accept returns for refunds due to the nature of our product (consumable supplements). However, we are happy to issue a replacement or refund in specific cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- The package was lost in transit
If one of these situations applies, please contact us at hello@beefocal.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product (if applicable)
- A brief explanation of the issue
Replacements
We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost if your item was:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Lost in transit
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Replacements are issued once we verify the issue through photo proof or tracking review.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
