At Beefocal, we offer two types of subscription options to give you maximum flexibility, convenience, and value: Flexible Monthly Subscriptions and Prepaid Subscriptions. Below you will find all the details on how each plan works.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Our monthly subscription is designed to give you complete freedom and control.

✅ Flexibility:

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription whenever you wish, directly from your account dashboard. There’s no commitment or obligation.

• Pause Anytime: Need a break? You can pause your subscription and resume it whenever it suits you.

• Modify Anytime: You can freely update your shipping address, change your delivery frequency, or swap products within the subscription (where applicable).

• Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled. You’ll be charged the standard subscription rate on each renewal date.

📢 Important Notes:

• Any changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• You will receive reminder emails before upcoming charges.

2. Prepaid Subscriptions

Our prepaid subscriptions are built for those who want to save more and stay consistent effortlessly.

✅ How it works:

• One-Time Upfront Payment: You pay once for a 3-month or 6-month period and receive your product every month.

• Discounted Pricing: Prepaid plans come with exclusive discounted prices and always include free shipping.

• Locked-in Price: Your price is locked for the entire prepaid period, even if prices increase later.

• Guaranteed Monthly Deliveries: Your product is automatically shipped every month during your prepaid term, with stock always guaranteed.

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled before the end of the prepaid period. Since you receive significant upfront savings and exclusive benefits, the full amount is paid in advance and deliveries are guaranteed for the duration of the plan.

• Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. By choosing this option, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

• We encourage you to choose the prepaid option only if you are confident you wish to continue receiving the product for the selected period.

✉️ Changes Allowed:

• You can update your shipping address anytime during the prepaid period by contacting our support team.

• You cannot pause, skip, or swap products during a prepaid period, as the deliveries are pre-scheduled.

📅 After the Prepaid Period Ends:

• Your prepaid subscription does not automatically renew after the prepaid period ends. You will receive a reminder before expiration with the option to renew or switch plans.
